- Creative agencies working with sports
- Has a portfolio demonstrating social-first creative work.
- Understands basketball culture and sports storytelling.
- Can work at high speed whilemaintainingquality.
- Is highly creative and proactive.
- Feels comfortable working in a fast-paced live environment.
- Has excellent attention to detail.
- Can manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
- Enjoys collaborating but can also work independently.
- Stays on top of design trends, sportscultureand social media best practices.
- Has availability to work flexibly around the game schedule, including evenings and weekends during live games and major events like the Final Four.
- Experience with motion design and short-form animated content.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for visual storytelling.

- Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- EU nationality or a valid Spanish work/residency permit.
- Willing to travel across the EU (10–15%).
- Genuine passion for sports; prior experience in a sports-related role is a plus.
- Available to work game nights on a rotating basis with the team.
