Job description:
As part of the Commercial Partnerships department, the Partnerships Campaign Executive will manage, track and scale Euroleague Basketball's Partnerships campaigns in different channels. The role will turn media and digital assets, channels, data, content, and performance capabilities into structured commercial products that generate revenue, improve value and create new business opportunities for Partners.
Role Summary:
The Partnerships Campaign Executive is a newly created role designed to connect Partnerships strategy with media and digital channels execution. The position will coordinate internal teams, define campaign frameworks, manage Partnership Campaign packages, support the sales pipeline and ensure that every campaign is planned, measured, optimized and linked to future commercial opportunities.
The role will be responsible for implementing this strategic function across the organization through the following:
- Guaranteeing the Campaigns operating model within the Partnerships department.
- Defining omnichannel campaign structures and commercial opportunities.
- Coordinating campaigns with Sales, Account Management, Activations, Content, Business Strategy, TV, PR, Legal, CRM, Digital Channels, OTT, Ticketing and Merchandising.
- Ensuring every relevant project has a clear brief, forecast, tracking, reporting and budget logic.
- Turning media and digital activity into measurable revenue growth and repeatable commercial value.
Key responsabilities:
- Manage the Partnership Campaigns framework and structure across commercial planning, inventory definition, budget logic, campaign design, execution coordination, measurement and reporting.
- Identify and package sellable digital assets across social media, web, app, CRM, OTT, ticketing, merchandising, paid media and partner channels.
- Support the development of a market adjusted rate card based on asset value, audience quality, content relevance, expected performance, category demand and strategic fit.
- Work with Sales and Account Management to identify partner growth opportunities, incremental results options and larger strategic partnership concepts.
- Coordinate campaign planning and delivery with internal teams across content, broadcast, owned channels, fan engagement, performance, customer journeys, ticketing, merchandising and partner management.
- Define omnichannel campaign forecasts, success metrics and expected commercial outcomes before execution.
- Develop audience engagement and nurturing mechanics.
- Coordinate reporting and post campaign reviews.
- Work with external platforms and partners such as Google , Meta, X, TikTok to understand benchmarks, formats and market opportunities.
