This role will cover key responsibilities including day-to-day operations, platform delivery, and performance optimization.
Acting as the bridge between strategy and execution, the OTT Manager will ensure EuroLeague TV continues to scale efficiently across key areas including platform experience, performance, marketing, content, and monetization.
The role collaborates closely with internal teams (Content, Digital Products, Commercial, Strategy and Technology) and external partners (Deltatre, IMG, Sportradar, SPALK and rights holders).
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day operations of EuroLeague TV across web, mobile, and connected TV platforms
- Lead remote commentary operations, ensuring smooth daily execution and coordination
- Ensure platform performance, stability, and UX quality, proactively identifying and resolving issues
- Monitor and optimize key KPIs (acquisition, conversion, churn, engagement, and revenue)
- Execute growth and retention initiatives in collaboration with Paid Media and CRM teams
- Support monetization initiatives, including pricing, promotional offers, new packages and upsell features
- Collaborate with Digital & Technology Unit on product roadmap & features
- Manage day-to-day relationships with key stakeholders & partners ensuring efficient delivery
- Identify, build and execute marketing initiatives to grow market awareness and conversion, including strategic and affiliation partnerships
- Assist Head of OTT in delivering performance reports and actionable insights for senior stakeholders
