Your mission
This position requires a strong blend of technical expertise, team leadership, project management, and a deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, cloud infrastructure, and ICT service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
ICT Infrastructure & Operations Management
- Lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of ICT infrastructure including cloud services, on-premise systems, networks, servers, storage, and end-user computing.
- Ensure system uptime, availability, scalability, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Drive infrastructure modernization and automation.
- Manage both on prem, private and hybrid cloud environments (e.g. Azure and GCP).
- Manage the ICT helpdesk and support team to deliver timely, efficient, and customer-focused IT support.
- Ensure service levels (SLAs) and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to offering continuous service improvement.
- Implement processes for ITSM (ICT Service Management) processes based on ITIL best practices.
- Oversee user training initiatives and support onboarding/offboarding workflows.
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of security controls and policies defined by the organization or external partners.
- Ensure endpoint protection, patch management, and identity/access management tools operate properly.
- Report and escalate potential security incidents according to internal procedures.
- Support audit and compliance processes as required.
- Lead a cross-functional team of infrastructure engineers, helpdesk technicians, and security specialists.
- Foster a high-performance culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Provide mentoring, coaching, and professional development opportunities for team members.
- Support the preparation and tracking of budgets related to infrastructure, operations, and cybersecurity.
- Assist in maintaining the register of technology services and assets under the Technology department’s scope.
- Collaborate with senior management in managing vendor relationships and contract renewals.
- Provide input for the evaluation and procurement of hardware, software, and services to support IT initiatives.
