Your mission
The role works across internal teams (Content, Digital Products, Commercial and Business Intelligence) and external partners (vendor: Endeavor Streaming) to shape and scale the product.
- Own the EuroLeague TV product roadmap & strategy: prioritize features and improvements to drive acquisition, retention, and revenue. Lead, execute and improve the active EuroLeague TV Strategy
- Lead product development with tech vendors, from business requirements to testing, QA, and delivery.
- Collaborate with Content, Commercial & Broadcast teams to optimize content strategy, user experience, and monetization features (subscriptions, bundles, live promos, etc.).
- Work with Digital Products and Business Intelligence teams to define and track KPIs (MAUs, churn, LTV, engagement, etc.), and align with the in-house Paid Media team to execute ELTV-specific campaigns throughout the season
- Oversee fan journeys across all touchpoints (web, app, Smart TVs), ensuring performance, UX/UI consistency, and personalization.
- Drive product innovation: new features, pricing models, new packages for specific competition phases, free-to-pay conversion tactics, and exclusive experiences for fans.
- Lead ELTV Affiliate Program, partnering with the best content creators and basketball players to drive conversions, including the WSC SPORTS Content Creator program.
- Manage integrations: payment providers (e.g., Stripe), CRM (e.g., Braze), analytics (e.g., GA4), and in-product reporting system (Vesper)
- Rights Acquisition: explore new basketball rights that can be acquired globally to drive more traffic to ELTV (eg: LBA F8 and Finals competitions, free on ELTV in strategic markets).
- Lead stakeholders communication with excellence, with regular updates on growth & product updates, and regular evaluations of vendors.
- Manage relationship with Scouting Platforms (HUDL & Synergy Sports).
- Be the go-to person for all things EuroLeague TV, internally and with external partners.
