In this role, you’ll lead CRM initiatives across the full customer lifecycle — from acquisition to activation, retention, and loyalty — using tools like Braze and working closely with digital, commercial and data teams to deliver measurable growth. You’ll shape how we communicate with fans, turning data into meaningful interactions.
Your Mission
- Develop and execute multi-channel CRM strategies (email, push, in-app, etc) with a focus on driving user engagement, retention, and LTV, focusing on promoting the league’s membership proposition EuroLeague ID, Fantasy Challenge, and the D2C streaming OTT product EuroLeague TV.
- Grow the overall database across both core & strategic markets, with a large emphasis on commercial database.
- Create automated, personalized CRM journeys aligned with the user lifecycle (onboarding, engagement, churn prevention, upsell, win-back).
- Use Braze to build, test, and launch personalized, dynamic campaigns leveraging liquid logic and canvas for advanced customization.
- Work cross-functionally with digital, design, and data teams to deliver campaigns that are both technically sound and creatively compelling.
- Continuously A/B test campaign variables and use results to refine strategy.
- Track, analyze, and report on key CRM metrics to measure campaign performance & optimization.
